Traveling Construction Superintendent - Operations Department

AmeriTech Contracting, a HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Awardee, offers transitioning service members direct training in federal construction. Participants will gain hands-on experience as Traveling Construction Superintendents, overseeing site operations, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors. This program prepares service members for leadership roles in construction management.

ABOUT THE JOB

Supervise daily site activities and enforce safety protocolsReview drawings, specs, and scopes of workConduct inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain documentationCoordinate subcontractors and support project schedulingSafety & Compliance:Enforce Accident Prevention Plan (APP)Conduct safety audits and promote proactive safety culture

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Supervise daily site activities

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Must be within 180 days of separation
• Command approval required
• Ability to travel
