The Recruiting Coordinator 2 is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordinator activities. Manages multiple tasks and action items ensuring (strong administrative support, training, preparation and follow up of documentation) appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Demonstrated ability in providing office management support to address all needs of the branch. Able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment. Maintain strong contractor relationships and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between client, account managers, accounts payable, and legal/HR department to include the following functions such as preparation of SOW's, contracts, job orders, assignment letters, and purchase orders for client consultants, work with client manager's to onboarding/offboard consultants within the client platform. Facilitate Candidate Onboarding (NH Process) including drug tests and background checks.- Oversee and manage all recruiting coordinator functions including weekly timecard submissions and approvals in addition to troubleshooting any discrepancies that require OCCR’s, holiday pay, timecards, invoicing, paystubs or benefits. Evaluate team members for compliance with established guidelines. - Provide office management and point of contact for building management at branch location. Order office supplies, as well as responsible for planning all team lunches and events for the branch. - Manage New Hire Logistics for W2 employees at the branch location.- Participate in monthly and bi-weekly meetings to discuss and analyze accounting financials and projected funding as well as notify internal branch of gross profit on a weekly basis. In addition, attend on-site meetings with client representatives and contractors to discuss any issues regarding onboarding, finances, and invoicing.- Other's as assigned by management (recruiting, project management, market mapping, training for newly hired recruiting coordinators, etc.)
