Program OverviewGemini Energy Solutions offers a 12-week SkillBridge training program preparing transitioning Service Members for careers in clean energy project development and infrastructure coordination.The Project Development Manager SkillBridge Fellow will receive structured training and supervised practical experience supporting Gemini’s Decarbonization Hub initiatives. The program focuses on project coordination, schedule and scope management, compliance documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.This is a training-only position. Participants will not have financial or contracting authority and will work under supervision.Training OutcomesParticipants will develop the ability to:- Support full project lifecycle management- Coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams- Track schedules, milestones, and reporting systems- Maintain compliance and governance documentation- Identify and manage project risks- Prepare stakeholder communications and executive summaries- Assist with vendor and procurement coordination- Complete structured project closeout proceduresEligibilityOpen to transitioning Service Members approved for DoD SkillBridge participation. Ideal candidates have experience in operational leadership, logistics, program coordination, or mission-driven team environments. Clean energy experience is not required.Supervision & EmploymentParticipants receive mentorship from senior clean energy leaders and are evaluated on planning, execution, communication, and professionalism.Completion of the program does not guarantee employment, but it prepares participants for project management and infrastructure roles in the energy sector.
