The SkillBridge Real Estate Training Program provides transitioning service members with a structured, mission-driven pathway into the residential real estate industry. Participants will operate in a team-oriented environment while developing the technical, operational, and leadership skills required to succeed in a client-facing, results-driven profession. Throughout the program, participants will:* Execute training on real estate fundamentals, including contracts, transactions, and regulatory requirements* Provide opportunities for observational learning (“shadowing”) alongside experienced agents during client engagements, property showings, and listing presentations* Develop and implement lead generation and client acquisition strategies using digital platforms and community outreach* Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and maintain client relationships and pipelines* Participate in negotiations, pricing strategy discussions, and transaction coordination to support successful deal execution* Assist in planning and executing marketing operations, including property promotion and open house events* Engage in regular team briefings, performance reviews, and one-on-one mentorship sessions* Build transferable skills in communication, time management, adaptability, and self-leadership. This program emphasizes accountability, initiative, and mission execution while preparing participants to transition from a structured military environment into an entrepreneurial career field. Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to pursue licensure and operate as independent real estate professionals or transition into related roles within the organization.
