ABOUT THE JOB

Performing quality assurance testing of hardware and software releasesTraining complex technical skills in accordance with Navy standards in both formal and informal environmentsDesigning and developing curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA standardsDeveloping training materials to include: Lesson Plans, Instructor, Student, and Trainee guidesDesigning, auditing and revising curriculumEvaluating and assessing Learning Objectives (LO), Terminal Objectives (TO), and Enabling Objectives (EO)Developing and maintaining Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) & Course Master Schedule (CMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Performing quality assurance testing of hardware and software releases
• Training complex technical skills in accordance with Navy standards in both formal and informal environments
• Designing and developing curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA standards
• Developing training materials to include: Lesson Plans, Instructor, Student, and Trainee guides
• Designing, auditing and revising curriculum
• Evaluating and assessing Learning Objectives (LO), Terminal Objectives (TO), and Enabling Objectives (EO)
• Developing and maintaining Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) & Course Master Schedule (CMS)

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Must be authorized by the DoD Skillbridge program to participate
• Must have existing Cryptologic Technician-Maintenance (CTM) Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) experience
• Must receive command approval
