Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing & Plan Review: Use tools like Bluebeam and CAD to interpret 2D and 3D project plans.Project Execution Support: Help develop project-specific documentation to support construction progress.Estimating: Assist in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals alongside experienced estimators.Project Closeout: Support change order documentation, compliance checks, and lessons-learned sessions.Documentation & Submittals: Prepare technical materials, RFI packages, and spec reviews.Safety & Quality Involvement: Participate in safety reviews, root cause investigations, and process improvements.
