The Human Resources & Digital Communications Intern will receive hands-on training in HR operations including onboarding, recruitment support, employee documentation, payroll workflow awareness, and compliance fundamentals, while also leading the development and implementation of the company's website and digital content.
Human Resources Training & Support - Assist with preparation of onboarding documentation and new hire packets- Support recruitment coordination including scheduling and applicant tracking support- Assist with employee documentation and personnel file organization- Observe and support payroll workflow and timekeeping verification processes- Support HR recordkeeping and compliance documentation standards- Assist with updating HR checklists, templates, and onboarding tools- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company informationDigital Communications & Website Development- Gather company information including services, projects, capabilities, and company background- Draft and edit website content aligned with company branding and messaging- Assist with planning website structure, navigation, and content organization- Build and update website pages using selected website platform- Upload images, graphics, and content to website- Assist with website testing, quality checks, and final launch preparation- Support ongoing content updates and maintenanceBusiness Operations Exposure- Shadow leadership and department staff to understand business workflow- Participate in meetings to support information gathering and learning- Assist with internal documentation and business communications- Support special projects related to HR, communications, or business operations
