Closely work with technicians to test, validate, and support air station and shipboard tactical communications systems, gaining exposure to Pre-Installation Test Checkout (PITCO), Pre-Installation Checkout (PICO), and System Operational Verification Testing (SOVT) procedures. Assist in troubleshooting radar systems, building and testing cables, programming radios, and supporting system configurations in the lab environment. This role is ideal for transitioning service members with a radar and electronics maintenance background who seek to bridge military experience into a civilian defense technology role.
