Field Service Engineer-Perform Maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Performing a variety of technical functions in support of engineering activities such as troubleshooting, test, modification, assembly, and maintenance and repair of electronic systems and other specialized avionics equipment.
• Providing technical support to Air Force customers on operations and maintenance of assigned communications/surveillance equipment.
• Performing aircraft installation, troubleshooting, and testing of equipment.
• Supporting aircraft flight test and engineering evaluations of new systems and system configurations.
• Assisting in training junior level electronics technicians and Air Force personnel to perform general fabrication, assembly, test and evaluation, and documentation tasks.
• Deploying worldwide with AFSOC personnel in support of exercise and contingency operations including hostile environments.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Active Duty Military eligibility.
