Monster Tree Service Skillbridge Program - Arborist Track

This SkillBridge position provides hands-on training in professional arboriculture, including pruning, removals, rigging, and equipment operation. Participants learn OSHA and ANSI Z133 safety standards, jobsite setup, chainsaw operation, and aerial lift support. The role prepares service members for entry-level employment as a Tree Worker or Arborist Technician.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Tree Worker / Arborist SkillBridge position supports field operations including pruning, tree removals, rigging, rope handling, chainsaw operation, and debris management. Trainees assist with jobsite setup, equipment checks, property protection, and aerial lift support under the direction of experienced crew leaders. Responsibilities include safe use of hand tools and power tools, adherence to OSHA and ANSI Z133 safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite. Participants gain hands-on experience in arboriculture techniques, tree structure identification, and professional crew operations to prepare for a full-time arborist role.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨
