SOF Business Operations and Finance

The Skillbridge fellow will work closely with the founders/executive team, account executives, vendors, and clients to actively observe and provide support throughout the marketing life cycle for low-middle-market private equity, venture capital, and investment banking firms. This role involves acquiring and applying knowledge of the Entrepreneur Operating System and other pertinent processes to optimize human resources, finance, and operations workflows. Fellows will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various aspects of the business, including bookkeeping, client relationship management, project management, and sales and marketing strategies.

ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the founders/executive team, account executives, vendors, and clients
• Provide support throughout the marketing life cycle
• Acquire and apply knowledge of the Entrepreneur Operating System to optimize human resources, finance, and operations workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer SOF or aviation officers and senior non-commissioned officers
• Experience managing personnel, operations, organizations, and budgets
