Ace Electric’s SkillBridge Program offers service members the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced electrical construction environment. SkillBridge program candidates work side-by-side with experienced professionals on real projects across our field, office, and preconstruction teams. This is more than an a training — it’s the start of your career.

ABOUT THE JOB

What You’ll Do:• Train under an experienced electrician or an Ace Electric division management team member in a specific role• Contribute to real-world tasks aligned with your training track• Support daily operations and assist with site-based or office-based projects• Participate in an individualized training plan with an assigned mentor• Attend company-paid new hire orientation and complete OSHA 10 training• Receive structured feedback through midterm and final evaluations• Travel as needed, with lodging and per diem providedAvailable Skillbridge training tracks:• Electrician Helper• Commercial Electrician• Project Manager• BIM/Revit Modeler• Estimator• Project Engineer (Assistant Project Manager)• Safety Technician• Production Specialist• IT, HR & Accounting Support (Corporate)How to Apply:Please submit an updated copy of your resume, along with a brief cover letter indicating your preferred track and location(s). QUALIFICATIONS✨

• In-depth commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Ability to meet/exceed productivity goals.
• Demonstrated ability to install conduit, wire, and cable systems.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Minimum of 6-years’ electrical experience preferred.
• OSHA Construction Outreach Training - 10 Hour.
