ITC's Program, Process & Acquisition SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members with structured training, practical experience, and professional mentorship in program management, process improvement, acquisition support, and mission-focused operations. Participants develop skills in project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, process optimization, and program execution while preparing for potential employment opportunities within ITC or its industry partners.
Program, Process & Acquisition professionals support the planning, coordination, execution, and improvement of programs and activities in support of government missions. These professionals apply program management, process improvement, acquisition, and organizational skills to help teams effectively manage resources, requirements, schedules, risks, and mission objectives.Responsibilities may include supporting program planning and execution, coordinating activities across teams and stakeholders, tracking schedules and deliverables, identifying and managing risks, supporting acquisition and contract-related activities, evaluating processes and performance, and developing recommendations for improvement. Professionals may also support the development of documentation, reporting, metrics, and other information used to monitor progress and support program and organizational decision-making.These roles require strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across technical, programmatic, and customer organizations. Professionals must also be able to communicate clearly, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution and continuous improvement of programs, processes, and mission activities.Job titles include: Acquisition Professional, Program Integrator, Process Engineer
