The Audible Channel SDR Fellowship places transitioning service members into a 12-week, hands-on sales fellowship as Channel Sales Development Representatives inside The Audible — a veteran-owned, channel-first sales and GTM firm.Fellows train inside a live channel sales motion targeting MSPs, consultancies, agencies, VARs, and platform partners. The fellowship is built around 1:1 mentorship from the Founder, weekly executive coaching, daily coaching with the Senior Sales Lead, structured shadowing of live discovery calls, and cohort-based peer review of outbound messaging and recorded calls.Fellows finish the program with a documented performance record and a direct path into a full-time Channel SDR seat at The Audible or a partner employer.Veteran-owned. **Role:** Channel Sales Development Representative (Channel SDR)**Host Employer:** Applied Business Concepts Ohio, LLC (d/b/a The Audible)### What the Fellow Will Learn and DoFellows train inside The Audible's working channel sales motion across three phases:**Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–3)**Classroom and online instruction in channel GTM fundamentals: how MSPs, consultancies, agencies, VARs, and platform partners buy and run sales motions. ICP definition, buyer roles, channel program mechanics (sell-with, sell-for, sell-through), and the language of the channel buyer. Fellows learn the sales motion before they run it.**Phase 2 — Motion (Weeks 4–8)**Live OJT under daily coaching. Account research, multi-channel outbound prospecting, discovery calls, qualification frameworks, objection handling, and HubSpot CRM discipline. Structured shadowing of 5+ live discovery and qualification calls with senior reps. Daily standups and role-plays. Cohort peer review of outbound messaging and call recordings.**Phase 3 — Ownership (Weeks 9–12)**Fellows carry a named book of channel accounts. They run their own qualified discovery calls, hand off opportunities to senior AEs, and present pipeline in weekly forecast reviews. Weekly 1:1 coaching with the Senior Sales Lead and weekly executive coaching with the Founder. Strong performers transition into a full-time Channel SDR role at The Audible or with a partner employer at program end.### Training Plan Detail- **Classroom Instruction** — Channel GTM fundamentals, ICP work, messaging frameworks, qualification methodology- **Online Instruction** — Self-paced modules on cybersecurity and B2B SaaS markets, HubSpot CRM, sales tooling, written communication- **Hands-On Demonstration / OJT** — Live outbound execution inside The Audible's working pipeline, with daily output review- **1:1 Mentorship** — Weekly executive coaching with the Founder- **Daily Standups and Role-Plays** — Led by the Senior Sales Lead- **Structured Shadowing** — Minimum 5 live discovery and qualification calls observed with structured debrief- **Cohort Peer Review** — Weekly review of outbound messaging and recorded calls across the cohort### What the Fellow Will Walk Away With- A working channel sales motion they can run, not a binder of theory- Live discovery, qualification, and objection-handling reps inside a real pipeline- Operator-grade fluency in the channel sales conversation — MSP, agency, VAR, and platform buyer language- HubSpot CRM proficiency and weekly forecast discipline- A documented performance record fellows carry into hiring conversations- Direct access to The Audible's partner employer network for placement
