The Casanova Realty SkillBridge Program is a structured real estate training and professional development opportunity designed to support transitioning service members as they prepare for civilian careers. The program provides hands-on exposure to residential real estate, real estate investing fundamentals, client services, and business operations within a professional brokerage environment.Participants will gain practical experience in real estate transactions, property analysis, market research, client interaction, and operational workflows while receiving mentorship from experienced real estate professionals. This program emphasizes discipline, leadership, and transferable skills developed through military service and applies them to civilian business and real estate careers.The program does not guarantee employment and is strictly a training and career preparation opportunity in compliance with DOD SkillBridge program guidelines
SkillBridge participants will receive hands-on training and mentorship in various areas of residential real estate and real estate operations. Training objectives include, but are not limited to:• Introduction to residential real estate sales and transaction processes• Real estate market analysis and property valuation fundamentals• Exposure to real estate investing concepts and deal evaluation• Client communication, professionalism, and customer service skills• Understanding contracts, disclosures, and compliance basics• Administrative and operational support within a real estate brokerage• Business development, marketing fundamentals, and CRM utilization• Shadowing licensed professionals during day-to-day operationsParticipants will develop transferable skills such as leadership, communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving applicable to civilian employment in real estate or related industries.This position is unpaid and provided solely as a training opportunity under the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program. Participation does not imply employment or endorsement by the Department of Defense.
