The PTI Skill Bridge Training Program is a comprehensive 24-week schedule designed to provide military participants with diverse exposure to business operations, developing skills across various departments to understand their contributions to company success.• Structured multi-location training: The program includes rotations through systems administration, warehouse operations, inside and outside sales across multiple locations including Salt Lake City, Tempe, and Golden, to provide broad operational insights. • Sales and leadership development: Participants receive detailed training in inside and outside sales processes, client relations, quoting, and CRM system use, alongside leadership shadowing with top executives to gain management and strategic planning experience. • Accounting and marketing exposure: The final weeks focus on company accounting practices including accounts receivable and payable, as well as marketing strategy development, digital marketing, and campaign effectiveness evaluation.
