Data Analyst Program DetailsLocation: Onsite – Atlanta, GASalary Upon Successful Completion of SkillBridge: Up to $104,000, based on performance and experienceThe Company is seeking a data‑driven Analytics Leader to join our team through the DoW SkillBridge Program. This role partners closely with front‑line operators, strategy teams, divisional leadership, finance, technology, and analytics professionals to drive business outcomes through data‑informed decision making.The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, process‑oriented, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role supports end‑to‑end analytics delivery—from business case development and data extraction to stakeholder communication and measurable impact—while operating with a high degree of independence.

ABOUT THE JOB

Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with front line operations, strategy, finance, technology, and analytics teams to develop business cases and measurement plans for critical strategic initiatives.• Build and evaluate business cases for IT capital investments and AI/ML development, maximizing enterprise value across digital projects.• Develop a strong understanding of business operations and how data reflects performance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.• Locate, extract, and prepare data from a variety of structured and unstructured sources for analysis, modeling, and project delivery.• Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify business challenges, solution options, and tradeoffs.• Leverage emerging technologies to improve how data and insights are communicated to divisional leaders and front line employees.• Design, develop, and enhance automated reports, analyses, and dashboards that support senior leaders and operational teams.• Maintain effective working relationships across cross functional teams, including technology subject matter experts, operations analytics professionals, and business end users.• Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the project portfolio, including senior leadership.________________________________________Top Skills Required• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a rapidly changing environment• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities• Experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Military experience required — active duty service members eligible for the DoW SkillBridge Program within the final 180 days of active duty service.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, AWS, or other database and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to write complex queries, integrate data from multiple sources, and work with large, imperfect datasets to generate operational insights.
• Highly proficient in oral and written communication, with the ability to present complex analytical narratives to senior leadership.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Required Skills & Qualifications• Military experience required — active duty service members eligible for the DoW SkillBridge Program within the final 180 days of active duty service.• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.• Experience with one or more of the following tools or technologies: SQL, Power BI, Python, AWS, or other database and analytics platforms.• Strong experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.• Demonstrated ability to write complex queries, integrate data from multiple sources, and work with large, imperfect datasets to generate operational insights.• Highly proficient in oral and written communication, with the ability to present complex analytical narratives to senior leadership.• Strong operational and business acumen with a solutions oriented mindset.• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.• Highly motivated, self directed, and comfortable operating as a change agent.• Demonstrated commitment to safety, security, and responsible data handling.• Embraces people, perspectives, and working styles.
