The Subsecond Assistant Operations Manager Training Program is a hands-on transition opportunity designed to give service members practical experience in business operations, manufacturing, and team coordination. Participants work alongside company leadership to support daily operations, production planning, inventory tracking, scheduling, and administrative systems that keep the business running efficiently.This program is structured to develop real-world skills in operations management, logistics, and organizational leadership that translate directly into civilian careers. Through active participation in a fast-paced, growing company, participants gain valuable exposure to how a modern business executes, solves problems, and delivers high-quality products to customers on time.
The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily operations by helping coordinate production, logistics, administrative tasks, and internal systems to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery. This role assists leadership with process improvement, scheduling, inventory tracking, and cross-team communication while maintaining Subsecond’s standards for quality, accountability, and execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
