As a Federal Acquisition & Contracting Strategy Fellow, you will work closely with leadership, capture, and proposal teams to analyze acquisition pathways, contract vehicles, and compliance considerations. This role is ideal for service members with experience working alongside contracting offices, program staff, or acquisition organizations who want to apply that knowledge to government contracting strategy in a cybersecurity and technology company.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate capabilities into clear, mission-aligned proposal content.Support teaming activities, including researching and evaluating potential partners.Contribute to proposal development activities, including outlines, compliance matrices, content drafting, and reviews.Track capture and proposal activities and assist with pipeline reporting and documentation.Participate in internal planning sessions and, as appropriate, external industry or government-related events.
Must be eligible for participation in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program and be within 180 days of separation.

This is a Hybrid position. Selected applicant will receive a company supplied laptop and monitor. If the selected applicant is not in the Kansas City area all travel will be coordinated and funded by SOFTwarfare.
