United Restorations, LLC is offering a Department of Defense SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members interested in developing project management experience in the construction and restoration industry. Participants will receive hands-on training assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial projects. This program provides practical experience in project scheduling, team coordination, budgeting, and jobsite operations while working alongside experienced construction professionals. Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the program.
Assist with planning and coordinating construction and restoration projectsSupport project managers in managing schedules, budgets, and timelinesHelp coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crewsMonitor project progress and assist with reporting updatesParticipate in jobsite visits to ensure quality and safety standards are metAssist with project documentation, contracts, and change ordersCommunicate with team members, clients, and vendors regarding project updatesEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company proceduresLearn construction management best practices and project coordination skills
