By the end of this program, you will have gained the skills to act as a "digital gardener" for a Learning Management System, preparing you for a successful civilian career in corporate training operations.
Learn to develop and maintain the Schoox LMS, including course creation, learning paths, and automated user assignments. Shadow content sourcing from providers like OpenSesame and YouTube.Gain experience supporting LMS navigation, troubleshooting, and creating multimedia training assets using Canva and Articulate. Assist with documentation for systems like NetSuite, Jira, and Ready Connect. Learn compliance requirements and develop testing options. Support training logistics and help market opportunities. Track new hire modules and report on compliance and participation. Shadow SOP documentation and intranet maintenance. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in tracking systems.
