At Power, every territory operates with two fully integrated divisions, Revenue and Delivery, working together to support the entire customer journey. Our Revenue division focuses on finding prospective customers, conducting in-depth consultations, and helping homeowners understand how our energy-efficient solutions can improve their homes. Once a homeowner chooses to move forward, our Delivery division takes over, managing everything from project planning and scheduling to measurements, permitting, materials, installation, and final quality assurance. Together, these two divisions drive the full lifecycle of every project: generating demand, providing expert guidance, and executing all operational tasks required to bring each remodel to life. This structure allows our teams to specialize, collaborate, and deliver a world-class customer experience from the very first conversation through project completion. Our goal for every Skillbridge Fellow is two-fold: first, that we help make your transition the one you deserve with mentorship and guidance throughout. Second, to hire you full-time to continue creating the best place to work in the country.
