Changing Lanes OJT
The Caliber Collision, Changing Lanes SkillBridge opportunity is an eighteen (15) week intensive program that combines classroom and lab instruction plus work experience in a supervised real-world production environment; this allows participants to develop the skills they will utilize after graduation from the program. The Caliber SkillBridge opportunity is supervised by company senior production staff who coach students in technical skill development and workplace success. The primary focus of this program are: disassembly and reassembly of modern vehicles, plastic welding and repair, metal repair and welding, work place safety and work flow operations. The program aims is to provide basic technical skills and experience in Caliber's work environment that equip Service members to successfully enter the collision repair industry and become Caliber Collision employees. Service member graduates will be offered the opportunity to gain full time employment and compete for promotion to management positions within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Be on Active Duty and within 180 days of separation as of the start date
- Anticipate a fully honorable or under honorable conditions discharge
- Secure command authorization to participate
- Have completed required Transition Assistance Classes
- Mechanical Aptitude Preferred
- Complete and pass a series of aptitude and character assessments
