The Navigators - Military Ministry

Navigators Staff shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position serves the Military Ministry of The Navigators by receiving training from The Navigators in order to better invest in Navigator Staff, soldiers, first responders, fire fighters, and emergency technicians, so that the gospel of Jesus and His kingdom is advanced

ABOUT THE JOB

Disciple others through one-to-one mentoring, small group Bible studies, large group meetings, retreats, and conferences (local and regional). Create an encouraging environment where disciples can become leaders and laborers, laying the foundation for multiplying and generational ministries. Empower these disciples to reach out to the diverse cultures of our nation and to the nations.• Participate on a local staff team, increasingly experiencing community marked by vulnerability, grace, love, and truth. • Participate in other ministry activities: sports, recreational outreach and fellowship activities, hosting people in your home, cookouts, developing relationships with appropriate administrators, etc.• Create and execute a plan for personal and ministry development.• Participate in development events as appropriate.• Engage in Bible study designed to further your ministry effectiveness.• Receive continued development, training, and mentoring from veteran Navs Staff or other believers

Navigators Interns for all staff positions start at their location. Opportunities are at multiple states, bases, ministry locations based on member location and desired ministry areas.
