ABOUT THE JOB

Responsible for finding and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include showing properties to potential buyers, helping clients navigate contracts and negotiations, and staying informed about current market trends as well as provide guidance throughout the entire transaction process, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Must be 18 years or older
• 120 hours of approved pre-licensing curriculum
• Pass the Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Examination with a score of 75% or higher
• Submit fingerprints via an approved vendor

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Age: Must be 18 years or older.Education: 120 hours of approved pre-licensing curriculum, which must include:45 hours: Real Estate Principles.45 hours: Real Estate Law (including 18 hours of NV law).15 hours: Contracts.15 hours: Agency.Exam: Pass the Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Examination administered by Pearson VUE with a score of 75% or higher.Background Check: Submit fingerprints via an approved vendor.
