The objective of this program is to ensure participants are trained and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to understand Cloudflare’s core products, platform, and Internet technologies, act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly communication, support customer engagements, demos, and solution design, collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical challenges, build and present technical demos and solution architectures, document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing technical role
Solutions Engineers are the technical customer advocates within Cloudflare. To aid our customers, we work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support. Our goal of customer success drives us through the entire organization to seek out and create scalable solutions for our customer’s needs.
