ABOUT THE JOB

SkillBridge Cybersecurity - Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. SkillBridge Professional Network Support - Provides the technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real-time to restore service. Identification of root cause, resolution, workarounds, testing & implementation of vendor / IT fixes or design changes. As subject matter experts, works closely with business partners to identify and quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop and implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic technical direction in support of customer-facing organizations. SkillBridge Technical Project Management - Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned technical projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Projects are typically high-value long-term projects. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to complete projects within the allotted timeline and budget. Takes technical projects from original concept through final implementation. SkillBridge Technology Security - You will provide connectivity for users or applications as well as work with our application teams to roll out new applications. Your work will directly impact the business because our agents depend on their Firewall Network connectivity. You'll be responsible for firewall policy management and making sure we have our web servers talking to our application servers and the application servers talking to the database.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners.
• Provides the technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real-time to restore service.
• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned technical projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
• Provide connectivity for users or applications as well as work with our application teams to roll out new applications.
• Responsible for firewall policy management and ensuring proper connectivity between web servers, application servers, and databases.
