This position is for a senior business executive within our small organization. It is meant for a person who will have a vision and develop plans to scale the business and generate more revenue opportunities. This skill bridge opportunity will allow someone to see the inner workings of our company, learn the nuances of software development in an Agile environment and then find ways to improve and grow our business.
This position will primarily be on the business and management side of the company. Our company is small and trying to grow so this role first and foremost is designed to introduce someone to how our business operates, how the business side of our company relates to the software development side. An ideal candidate can help our company improve our products for our customers and increase our revenue with new products. Specifically you will work with our management team to improve our business practices and help our development teams to grow and improve. We are specifically in the aviation industry and prefer candidates with some knowledge of aviation.
Candidate must have some supervisory experience. Candidate must have aviation background.Candidate should have experience in more than one service.Preferred Bachelor degree in business.Preferred experience with software development specifically using C# and .NET technologies, Swift, Objective C, and PHP or a willingness to learn and aptitude to understand.
