ABOUT THE JOB

To equip the Forman with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to support Superintendent on a construction jobsite in EIFS, Restoration, Glass and Metal Panels projects, ensuring high-quality results, adherence to safety standards, and effective project coordination. Forman are critical in aided first line supervision and helping daily tasks and inspections. After this training plan a Forman will be proficient in Daily Reports, Safety Inspections, Access Plans and Inventory Reports and be able to assist the Jobsite Superintendent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Superintendent on a construction jobsite in EIFS, Restoration, Glass and Metal Panels projects

• Help with daily tasks and inspections

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge in Daily Reports, Safety Inspections, Access Plans, and Inventory Reports
• Ability to assist the Jobsite Superintendent
