Intern Fire Sprinkler Technicians will learn how to become fire sprinkler technicians in the civilian sector. Training includes hands on training with a certified technician on real job sites. Desired outcome will be certification through the state and real-world experience.
Weeks: 1-12 intern will become familiar with the tools and roles of the sprinkler technician and start online learning modules. Weeks: 13-20 intern will complete daily tasks under direct supervision of qualified technicians and continue to learn in online module. Weeks: 21-26 intern training will culminate with sponsorship to take state exam certification.
