Works in the Facilities Management Department for a 4-year public university (Mississippi State University). Supervised by one of the Construction Administrators. Coordinate and execute the delivery of materials to various campus jobsites. Serve as a primary point of contact for campus customers, providing project updates and addressing concerns. Assist in reviewing blueprints and specifications for accuracy before and during the construction phase. Update and maintain project schedules and track expenditures against the established budget. Conduct regular walk-throughs to verify work progress and ensure compliance with university safety standards.
