Trek Bikes Store Manager Training Fellowship
As a Trek Bikes Store Manager Fellow, you’ll step into a role designed to prepare you for store leadership. This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of running a successful Trek retail location while gaining hands-on experience in daily operations, customer engagement, and sales performance. You’ll have opportunities to be the “leader on duty,” making real-time decisions that impact the store’s success and building the skills needed to eventually manage your own location.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and wants to expand upon their existing leadership capabilities, all while having fun on bikes!
