This SkillBridge opportunity provides hands-on training in leadership, instruction, and operations within a STEM learning environment. Participants will develop experience teaching coding, AI, and robotics, while building team leadership and program management skills. The role is designed as a pathway into education leadership and operations, with real responsibility and mentorship throughout the program.

ABOUT THE JOB

This position provides structured, hands-on training in education program delivery, leadership development, and operational management within a STEM learning environment. Participants will gain experience teaching coding, AI, and robotics, supporting instructional teams, and maintaining a positive, high-energy learning culture.The role focuses on developing skills in classroom management, student engagement, team leadership, and program quality. Participants will progressively take on greater responsibility, including leading classes, supporting and coaching instructors, and contributing to overall student retention and experience.Participants will also gain exposure to business operations, communication with parents, and program coordination, while working closely with experienced mentors. The program includes the opportunity to develop skills in AI and emerging technologies as part of a modern STEM curriculum.This position is designed as a leadership development pathway for individuals interested in careers in education management, training, or operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

This position is based in a civilian, off-installation training environment within a STEM education center. Participants will receive hands-on experience in instruction, leadership, and operations while working directly with students and staff in a structured setting.
