The Sales Representative for Madd Science Print Lab will be a primary point of contact between our company and customers. They will be in control of advertising and selling our clothing to existing customers while also attaining new ones through sales calls and emails. They will be a key factor in identifying the demands, wants, and needs of current and new customers. The Sales Representative will have knowledge of the materials and processes used to create the products. They may be in office for sales meetings,manufacturing, and packing.
The Sales Representative will work closely with the Head of Sales as a key player in the selling functions of the business. The Skillbridge applicant will start with a basic Employee Orientation where they will be integrated into our organization and set up company email and programs. We then will start teaching how to utilize systems for sales, orders, and billing. After that is complete, the applicant will go through a vigorous OJT warehouse knowledge training where they will learn the processes and machinery for embroidery and screen printing. Familiarizing themselves with the products/materialsoffered and how each product is produced. Once there is an understanding of the process, procedures, and manufacturing we will move on to customer service development. Knowing the ins and outs of production, the applicant will work one on one with the Head of Sales to familiarize themselves on customer satisfaction, business management, business development, and problem solving. Once the Head of Sales believes applicant can be on their own, the remainder of the program will be working as a full-time sales representative conducting sales and placing orders. Using what theylearned from OJT in the warehouse and time with Head of Sales, utilizing thatinformation into sales compliance and assistance. Each week the applicant will be reviewed by head of sales and will be graded as needs improvement, meets standards, and exceeds standards. If more training is needed more training will be provided in lacking areas.
