The Labor Management Analyst will partner closely with leadership and work with all functions to drive network initiatives aligned with company goals. Support will include driving four wall improvements with a focus on safety, productivity, service, cost, performance standards, designing workflows, benchmarks, equipment sourcing, and analyzing operations.
The accomplished individual will possess the following:Excellent communication skills, time management, and analytical ability Prior work experience in conducting time studies, project management, and layout design Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and AutoCAD (or equivalent)
