Whether you've led teams, managed complex operations, built systems, or solved critical problems in service, we're looking for talented individuals ready to bring that same rigor and impact to Apple. We are hosting fellows in five functional areas: 1. Operations, Supply Chain & Business ExecutionThis fellowship focuses on optimizing processes, managing logistics, and delivering measurable results across Apple's supply chain and operations. Ideal candidates have experience in procurement, vendor management, inventory systems, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations. Relevant degrees include Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. Key skills include process optimization, financial acumen, data analysis, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings.2. Engineering, Hardware & SystemsThis fellowship involves designing, building, and troubleshooting physical and technical systems that power Apple's products. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in hardware engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or infrastructure management with hands-on experience in factory readiness, OEM collaboration, or device fleet management. Relevant degrees include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. Key skills include root-cause analysis, technical problem-solving, debugging, and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines.3. Software, Automation & QualityThis fellowship focuses on writing code, building automated solutions, and ensuring systems are reliable and production-ready. Ideal candidates have software development experience, QA expertise, or automation engineering backgrounds with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or Swift. Relevant degrees include Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields. Key skills include SDLC knowledge, test automation, CI/CD pipeline management, debugging, performance optimization, and security awareness.4. Data, Analytics & Technical InsightThis fellowship involves translating raw data into actionable business insights through analysis, experimentation, and visualization. Ideal candidates have experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, A/B testing, or business intelligence. Relevant degrees include Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. Key skills include proficiency with analytics tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot), statistical modeling, experimental design, machine learning exposure, and strong communication abilities to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.5. Data Center Operations & InfrastructureThis fellowship focuses on managing, maintaining, and optimizing the physical and technical infrastructure that powers Apple's global data centers. Ideal candidates have experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, facilities engineering, or systems administration. Relevant degrees include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Facilities Management. Some data center fellowships may only require a high school diploma. Key skills include infrastructure planning and troubleshooting, equipment lifecycle management, power and cooling systems expertise, network infrastructure knowledge, preventative maintenance, and the ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments where uptime and reliability are essential.Indicate your area of interest on our landing page: https://joinapple.avature.net/skillbridgedod?projectId=1846.
