We are seeking driven, customer-focused transitioning service members for our Sales Manager SkillBridge internship — a front-line revenue role that puts you in direct contact with clients, managing estimates, relationships, and results. The Sales Manager is responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned, and is the revenue engine of our franchise location. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sales Manager at Pink's Window Services both estimates and manages all their assigned jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitability, and achieving an excellent reputation within the Pink's territory among its customers.KEY OVERVIEW:• Great company and culture — built on dignity, trust, and world-class service• Sales role providing in-person estimates for amazing customers• Monday–Friday, Full-Time position• PTO and Holiday PayRESPONSIBILITIES:• Estimate projects and provide accurate, competitive quotes to clients• Ensure all assigned projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs and delivering a quality result• Help solve crew and lead problems when issues arise on active projects• Generate schedules and plans of operation for assigned projects• Upsell additional services to ongoing projects and existing customers• Identify potential project issues and ensure timely decisions are made• Network and actively promote the Pink's brand in the DC Metro community• Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of Pink's — realtors, property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts, and moreCOMPENSATION (upon full-time hire): $48,000 base salary + 2% of location revenueSCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, Full-TimeBENEFITS: PTO, Holiday Pay, performance bonusesINTERNSHIP COST: $0 to the service member
