Relationship Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsible for answering inbound calls from motivated sellers and facilitating a consultativeconversation in order to gather and document key information needed for our sales team● Responsible for cold-call outreach to new prospects and facilitating a consultative conversationin order to gather and document key information needed for our sales team● Responsible for follow-up calls, emails, and texts to existing prospects in order to further ourrelationship and convert prospect into client● Responsible for incoming correspondence review and follow-up● Responsible for social media research and outreach to potential prospects● Responsible for in-person outreach (door knocking) to targeted prospects● Learn to underwrite property valuation (analyze and compare comparable property features)● Lead Manager should be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, have strong communicationskills, high emotional intelligence, and be able to take direction but thrive as a self-starter.● Sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement● Real Estate experience/knowledge is a plus, but not required● Proficient in basic Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
