White Knight Labs
For the Technical Writer SkillBridge internship, the intern will work with the White Knight Labs (WKL) QA/QC department to create clear, concise, and engaging documentation that simplifies complex technical concepts for WKL’s diverse audience. The intern will collaborate with senior engineers to produce training materials, documentation, blog posts, and other resources that support WKL’s products and services.
ABOUT THE JOB
For the Technical Writer SkillBridge internship, the intern will have the following responsibilities:• Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including blog posts.• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.• Create and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.• Conduct research and analyze complex technical topics to produce clear and effective documentation.• Review and revise documentation based on WKL feedback, usability testing, and updates to product features.• Stay current with industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and emerging technologies to inform content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in technical communication, English, computer science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity or the technology sector.
