Packaging Operator

Provide a comprehensive, hands-on training program in craft brewery packaging operations, safety, quality control, and equipment maintenance, preparing the participant for a career as a Packaging Operator in the brewing industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Packaging Operator works within a team to operate, clean, inspect, lubricate, changeover, and perform minor maintenance tasks on packaging lines and equipment. They are responsible for working effectively within a team to meet production demands while maintaining a safe work environment and producing a quality product.

• Operate packaging lines and equipment
• Clean, inspect, lubricate, and changeover packaging equipment
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on packaging lines and equipment

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and noise
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
