The training program will equip students with the skills and knowledge to become a professional barber, ensuring comprehensive skill development and readiness to begin as career as a barber assistant.
Barber's assistant provides support to barber and contributes to success of barber shop through understanding of barbering tooks, sanitation and sterilization, haircutting, styling, shampooing and shaving, as well as providing customer service and managing the business.
Student must pass the Georgia State Board Examination upon completing the course.
