The Innovation & Readiness Department identifies readiness inhibitors and introduces innovative, efficient solutions to overcome prioritized readiness degraders in order to increase station and tenant unit readiness that enhances combat power generation in support of global force management. The Business Performance Office’s primary responsibility is to provide oversight and coordination for the development, evaluation, and implementation of support agreement policies, directives, and procedures as well as coordinate and oversee Continuous Process Improvement events.
