The SkillBridge Real Estate Agent Preparation Program provides transitioning service members with a structured, hands-on introduction to the real estate industry through guided training, professional development, and real-world observation. Over the course of 90–180 days, participants learn the fundamentals of residential real estate, client communication, marketing workflows, prospecting systems, and the operational processes behind successful transactions—all without performing any licensed activity. Trainees gain extensive industry exposure, professional skill-building, and documented training hours, leaving the program fully prepared to pursue their Tennessee real estate license and launch a successful career after separation.
The Real Estate Trainee supports the team by participating in structured training, observing day-to-day operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and learning the fundamentals of residential real estate. This role focuses on professional development, industry exposure, and building competency in communication, marketing workflows, and client service—without performing any activities that require a real estate license.
