If you have no experience in the AEC industry, then you are equally as qualified to join our program as a SkillBridge fellow. What the opportunity offers you: Credentialing/Certifications:-PMP: Project Management Professional (Prep Course and Exam facilitation)-ENV SP: Envision Sustainability Professional (Certification)-OSHA-30: Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-Hour Course (Certification)-Integration into a team comprised of technical and nontechnical industry project professionals-Industry exposure; project and program experience-A chance to be challenged, motivated, brought into a community, and practice new communication skills in a new organizational environment.-The opportunity to join a group of entrepreneurs seeking to build the next generation of project leaders in the AEC industry. Work Location: Haddonfield, NJ is the location of our Company HQ. Depending on the project or program that you are assigned to, you may have the opportunity to work in NJ, PA, NY, MD or other states. ABOUT THE JOB

We work with public and private sector clients, executing across the following disciplines: Strategy, Master Planning, Program Management and Construction Management. We are an engineering consulting firm on paper but a Project Leadership and Development firm in practice. We seek to blend a balanced approach of technical and nontechnical skillsets on our project teams. Skilled subjective matter expertise cannot thrive without leadership and adoption, and the best leaders in the world will not succeed without doers. We are actively engaged on anywhere between 6-12 projects or programs across the five Practices Areas: Military Missions & Installations, Transportation & Infrastructure, Facilities, Urban & Community Planning, and Real Estate Development and Advisory. When we have had the chance to meet with you and determine where your strengths and your interests lie, we will slot you with the right project/program team to leverage your strengths and help you learn from our project leaders and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrating leadership with project planning and execution
  • Engagement in the systems processes of the company
  • Working with public and private sector clients across various disciplines including Strategy, Master Planning, Program Management, and Construction Management
