The General Business Team Business Systems Analyst leads the gathering, analysis, and validation of the business process and IT technology requirements necessary to support the applications used in the General Business Area (Accounting, Facilities, Environment, Health & Safety).
Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceCandidates should possess approximately 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in information technology, systems analysis, application development, or related technical fields. Experience should include the ability to gather and interpret system requirements, help define system performance objectives, and support the selection of appropriate application or solution architectures. Candidates should also demonstrate familiarity with modeling business functions, operational processes, and information flow within and across systems to support effective design and integration.Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of at least two or more of the following technical areas:- Software development using compiled programming languages and/or scripting languages- Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices- DevOps / DevSecOps application development and deployment processes- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, configuration, and implementation
