The objective of our program is to ensure the participants are trained with the required skills and knowledge to ● develop scripts to upgrade endpoint images when the latest versions are released by vendors, investigate and provide escalation support to technicians regarding image sets, analyze results, identify technical or support process improvements, and implement changes, prioritize, schedule, and administer instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required, communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders, test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved, maintain and enhance the performance of all new and existing software and applications across the organization, and provide support for testing new and existing software applications under development or consideration for purchase.
As a Vulnerability Management Engineer, your role will involve implementing the vulnerability management program within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across endpoints to ensure the highest level of security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in implementing proactive measures and maintaining a robust vulnerability management process. Additionally, you will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining endpoint images with a focus on automation.
