This internship is designed to help candidates who have completed or are working on a Masters program in Library Science obtain necessary job experience in order to secure a job as a librarian.
This position will encompass several aspects of public librarianship, to include circulation, cataloging, reference, collection development, programming, budgeting, and management. Position will encompass several aspects of public librarianship, to include circulation, cataloging, reference, collection development, programming, budgeting, and management. You will work closely with professional librarians to learn the day to day aspects of their jobs.
Must have a graduate degree in library science or be actively enrolled in a graduate library science program.
