The objective of our program is to ensure participants are familiarized with Business Model & Revenue, Stakeholders & Org Structure, Risk & Decision-Making, Product & Customer Risk, Legal Intake Processes, Prioritization & Urgency, Legal Research in Industry, Legal Writing for Business, and Executive Communication, Contract Lifecycle, NDAS & MSAS, Vendor & Licensing Agreements, and Negotiations, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Policies, and Employment Law Exposure, Risk Spotting, Business-Legal Collaboration, Outside Counsel Coordination, and Legal Operations Basics.
The Corporate Legal Fellow will support an in-house legal function by transitioning military legal experience into commercial legal practice. The fellow will shadow in-house counsel and outside counsel while gaining hands-on exposure to contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment law, and enterprise risk.
