The Esthetician Program is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in the field of esthetics. The program focuses on developing an understanding of skin care principles, treatment procedures, and professional practices used within the beauty and aesthetics industry. Students will gain the basic knowledge necessary to perform skincare services safely and effectively while learning to recognize common skin conditions and maintain proper sanitation and client care standards. The program also introduces students to several advanced service areas commonly offered in modern skincare settings.
This course provides instruction in facial techniques, skin analysis, and the identification of diseases and disorders of the skin. Students will receive training in eyelash extensions, laser hair removal, electrolysis, facial machines, and chemical peels. Instruction includes both theory and supervised practical application to help students develop the technical skills and professional knowledge required to perform esthetic services. The course prepares students to enter the esthetics field with a foundational understanding of skincare treatments and advanced beauty technologies.
