AECOM’s DoD SkillBridge Program offers transitioning service members hands-on experience across engineering, construction, environmental, infrastructure, transportation, and corporate support functions nationwide. Participants gain civilian industry experience, expand professional networks, and explore potential career opportunities while completing their final months of military service through office-based, field, hybrid, or remote assignments aligned to business needs and candidate backgrounds.
AECOM is seeking transitioning service members to participate in the DoW SkillBridge Program, offering hands-on professional experience across a wide range of business areas and technical disciplines throughout the United States.Through the SkillBridge program, qualified service members may complete their final months of military service while gaining valuable civilian work experience, building industry connections, and exploring potential career opportunities with AECOM.Opportunities may be available in a variety of business groups, including but not limited to:Architecture and DesignCivil EngineeringConstruction Engineering & Inspection (CEI)Construction ManagementEnvironmental Planning and ComplianceEnvironmental ServicesInfrastructure and Transportation OperationsProgram and Project ManagementSuperintendentTraffic Management CentersTransportation EngineeringWater and Wastewater InfrastructureBusiness Operations and Corporate Support FunctionsBusiness operations and corporate support roles may include project coordination, program management support, finance, marketing and proposals, procurement, data analysis, contracts administration, and other operational functions that support AECOM’s infrastructure projects.Positions may involve office-based work, field assignments, project site support, hybrid, or remote work environments, depending on the specific role and project needs.LocationsOpportunities may be available nationwide across the United States, including major metropolitan areas and project sites.
